war

day 89.

is a day at home.
with nothing else to do but feeling glad that i still have a roof over my head and i can call it home.

yesterday was fun.a chance to be with an old good friend is a blessed.
and in spite of all the differences that we had.one thing remained.we are still friends :)

today as i woke up.i realised that everyone is at war.
yes.WAR.

6 billion people is at war.
a very important war.
a really hard war to win.
a long war indeed.

and this time.
its not a war between humans.
its not a war between extraterrestials.
its not a war between animals.
it is simply.

a war with oneself.

a war of trying to fight the silent transgression of ourselves.
a war of trying to coupe with the never ending ungratefulness of us.
a war of trying to resist the temptation that the world has to serve.
a war of trying to defend the true reason behind our existence.a servant of God.
a war of trying to understand that the world is for us to borrow not to own.
and a war of trying to be a human and nothing more.

and yes.we are at war.everyday.every second.of our being.and some of us.may not even realise it.
but what confused me is that.in spite of a great war that we face for each time we open our eyes,why do we yet seek for other wars to battle in?
isn't a war with ourselves enough for us to battle?
have we already won the nature of transgression,ungratefulness,temptation,false understanding in ourselves that we search for other wars to fight in?
have we fought hard enough with our own war until we have time to create other wars?

so.today.i learnt.that each and everyone of us is at war.a war that is actually worth battling in.a war that is actually worth in the eyes of God.
a war of trying to be a good servant that we should have.
a war of trying to defend our pure souls against the worldly lusts.
a war of trying to digest well that this world is just a pit stop.and nothing more.

so.today.i figured.if we really fight well in this war.we would not even have time to create other wars then what is already within us.
because sometimes.what we need to fight is really something from within.not just what is on the surface.
so lets start winning the war in ourselves first instead of looking of what sort of war that the outside has to offer.
simply because.you are your own self nation.
and if you win your heart,your mind,and your limbs.you are the ruler of your future.
